The New Diabetic Cookbook Blog

We know that it’s been several years since we have actually been online, but we wanted to have a better user experience for all of you guys that have been waiting so patiently for us to come back to life. And your patience will finally be rewarded!

Today you’ll discover how to use this site. First, with every article there is a table of contents that tells you about every major topic in the article.

You just want to understand a particular ingredient in a recipe just click in the T.O.C. (Table of Contents) for that ingredient and you can learn all about it.

You just want to see the recipe, just click on the link that says, “Jump to Recipe” or look for it in the T.O.C. for the “‘Food Dish’ Recipe Card” and you’ll be taken straight to the recipe card.

You just need a printed copy of the recipe just click on the words “Print Recipe” before the content or on the diabetic recipe card itself and you’ll immediately be taken to your print screen on your computer.

And, YES, there is a diabetic recipe card at the end of the post before I sign off. Regardless, if it’s a diabetic cookbook review, a diabetic recipe review, or an everyday product review that helps with control your blood sugar and HbA1c levels. Just by using the product with recipes in unique and creative ways to do so.

Second, if you want to understand how to adjust the recipe to a specific ingredient, due to health issues or other concerns. Leave a comment or email us directly through are different emails at the top of the sidebar, our contact pages, and practically all over the site or even through our newsletter.

By the way, speaking of newsletters, if you join you will not only get a monthly newsletter with all the most recent reviews of cookbooks, recipes, products, and advice but you will also get a FREE copy of my first ever Mexican diabetic cookbook on Kindle. Plus, you will get the opportunity to win a monthly drawing for a FREE diabetic cookbook of your choice on Kindle and a $50 Amazon gift card.
