Just add raw food in his daily diet.Instead of cooking the vegetable, just grate it and only do the topping or mix it with salt and pepper.Sprouts are very good for losing weight without any harm.
Let him have carbo rich food in morning, only salads and raw vegetables for lunch and porridge for the dinner. This diet will definitely help him to reduce weight effortlessly.Cut down all white flour from his diet.Let him take small meals every 2 or 3 hours.Mostly let him concentrate on fresh foods. He can take different fruit each day.He has to repeat the fruit only after 10 days.
He has to go for walking for atleast 40 mts daily.Yoga helps his diabetic and blood pressure under control. So let him do yoga daily like pranayama, breathing exercises and kriyas.
